Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For larger items like professional mixers or cookware sets, delivery can take up to 7-10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for open products?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging; however, if a product is defective after use, it is covered under our quality guarantee for a full replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
Are your cookware sets compatible with induction stovetops?
Most of our modern stainless steel and cast iron collections are induction-ready. Please check the 'Specifications' section on the individual product page to confirm compatibility.
